Customer Success Leader

Unitronics, a global company specializes in developing controllers and automated solutions, is looking for a Customer Success Leader.

In this role you will lead our UniCloud innovative SaaS systems for our global customers and be the focal point ensuring that the company’s cloud products serve our customers most effectively.

We are located at Airport City.

 

Job description:

  • Building strong relationships with our global customers to understand their business and technical needs and ensure their success with our cloud products.
  • Characterizing Dashboard (or BI systems) system according to customers’ needs.
  • Providing technical solutions and assistance.
  • Ensuring that customers use of our cloud products is fully potentially.
  • Working closely with various departments of the company such as: R&D, Support and Marketing.

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success roles at global technological companies
  • Experience in Software or SAAS companies – major advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience with BI systems.
  • Proven experience in building business and operational processes in information systems from scratch.
  • Fluent English – Must
  • BA or BS degree in Industrial engineering or Information systems.
  • Customer Oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentative skills.
  • Willing to fly abroad if needed.
